Tito takes his head off. It might be close for a couple rounds. Tito might even suffer one of his early rounds flash knockdowns. But, once Tito got in his rhythm he would destroy Spence. The post-accident Spence probably gets stopped in 2 rounds or less.
No version of Spence has a snowball's chance in Hell against Trinidad. I've always been a big Spence fan, but let's be real -- even the very best version of him was getting hit plenty by Brook, and was down in that fight until Brook's eye gave out. Tito's simply a higher class of fighter than Spence. Even prime Spence. Spence loses to Vargas, let alone Trinidad.
