    Cotto is a much better boxer than TITO he doesnt hit as hard but the accumulation of Punches Margs took would have put 99% of Welters down.

    Cintron is almost on par with TITO in terms of power not will and determination but Cintorns power is no joke and Margs ate his punches like Gondules

    The problem I see is if TITO gets dropped can he handle 10 punch combos coming at him when he gets up

    TITO couldnt handle Winkys pressure

    Yes indeed, and Trinidad was a sucker for the uppercut.

    Margarito would have gotten inside on Trinidad and rendered him useless.

    Im not hating on your boy TITO but there are certain realities in boxing TITO's power always gave him a shot vs guys who cant take a punch or didnt have defense or couldnt hurt TITO
    but some guys could give TITO problems

    MexChamps, you're killing the thread.

    theres a lot of difference between clottey and wright...and wright isn't even a power puncher yet probably still hits harder than clottey as well as being stronger.

    Clottey defense is almsot as tight as Winky and his power is enough to keep TITO honest

    I just dont see the resemblence of Thaim to Clottey like TITO fans are making CLottey's defense is much more similars to Quartays and Winkys

    Don't be stupid, ******. Margarito would have mauled Trinidad on the inside. It's no contest chest to chest. Trinidad would have stood right in front of Margarito and thrown his power shots, and Margarito would have gladly eaten some, countered others, and found his way inside and tore Trinidad up with body shots, hooks, and uppercuts, over and over again. Go watch some tape, your ignorance is showing, badly. Boxing is a complex science, not a bull**** hype game. Styles make fights.

    Wright does not hit harder than Clottey, and they're pretty similar in regards to strength.

    yes he does.

    clottey couldn't even put away a former jr. lightweight with a shaky ass chin (RIP) despite having a significant size advantage.
