The most beautiful left hook ever thrown. Sledge hammer right cross to match. and a very, very stiff jab lol.
I think Cheato is the only fighter more overhyped/overrated than Cotto. In his biggest fights he was exposed as a cheater and dominated (De La Hoya, Hops, Wright, Jones).
Pac could wear headgear and 20oz gloves using earmuff defense, Tito's right cross would impale his skull. I'm not hating Pac here, he is vastly greater than Trinidad. But lets maintain respectful for one of the best Welterweights ever.
Tito should have just injected his fists with numbing medication Floyd wouldn't even sign the contract to be in the same ring as Tito. :deal Floyd out of his own mouth proclaimed Tito to be a living legend. :good Oh **** the troll is mixing his facts up lets let him get his material together :rofl
Morales was a great fighter but he beat two times outta 3 by MAB. Does that make MAB greater than Morales? My ****ing ass it does Makes no difference. Trinidad's obliteration streak that he had was more impressive than DLHs struggles with Whitaker, Quartey, Sturm, and homosexual activity with BHOP. Hoya bathes himself in his diluted glory in his wins over vargas/mayorga hell even guys like campas/carr all men who Trinidad ruined with 1 fight against him. :deal I'll go on record to say that Hoya could have never beaten Tito at 154lbs. Nor would he have beaten him in a 15 round fight at anyweight.
Yep, was a monster.... took me awhile to appreciate him and hoya considering my favorite fighter all time is vargas, i dont like them much but they are great fighters.
Stick to the mayweather threads.... you dont know much outside commenting on mayweather jackets, loving him and wishing you were a fly on the wall near him.... nobody in their right mind expected tito to beat jones, and to state it as if it somehow detracts from him, or his legacy, is about as dumb as it gets.
its funny hen they call tito one dimensional just because he lost to hopkins and wright, tito was a good boxer, he had a good jab, worked the body and was precise.
My favourite fighter of all time. It's a shame people only seem to remember the de la Hoya fight from his welterweight days - Tito was a good, patient boxer in his early days. He was a committed body puncher, working behind a stiff jab with murderous power. The man was a warrior who always wanted to fight the best and went for the ko from the first second to the last. A monster at 147 and 154.
