Vargas I personally thought he looked the best though against Carr. After suffering that early KD, it was a terrific display of slowly breaking down an opponent. Tito picked his shots well, showed better footwork than usual, and was patient.
Although it was controversial - Trinidad's best win was against Oscar De La Hoya. He looked the best in destroying Fernando Vargas.
looked invincible in his domination of william joppy matter of fact i'm going to watch it and post it its amazing
The Vargas win is great no doubt but ill never get past the fact that everytime Vargas had serious momentum in this fight that Trinidad would nail him with a LOW blow and if you think that didnt have a factor in a brutal 12th round KO victory for Tito your nuts. Trinidad has a great resume but its a bit weird wins over guys like Dave Reid, Mayorga, Oba Carr, William Joppy where dominant and impressive but none of those fighters where truely great very good not great. DLH was a great fighter but even if you do feel Trinidad won he won because DLH gave it away. The wins of Pernell Whitaker and Hector Camacho where dominanting wins over great fighters but those great fighters had at the very least lost a step or two. If im forced to pick one fight it is the the Dave Reid fight Reid has a difficult style, great skill and Trinidad beat the **** out of that man and virtually ended Reid's career. So taking into consideration the level of the opponet and how dominant he was id go with Reid.
david reid ,yori boy campas, maurice blocker all realy good wins along with afor mentioned fernando an oba carr all except blocker were undefeated when he beat them
Whitaker, Carr, Blocker, Camacho. It's hard to pick one b/c of the good fighters he fought at 147. It certainly was not anything at 160.
