So much white privilege!!!! Wait a second, GGG is half asian, barely speaks the language and has been fighting in the states for only 4 years. Maybe he got there by actually fighting, being positive and likeable and didn't complain 24/7 about what other fighters get or don't get. Nobody's entitled to anything, yet Ward, etc seem to think so

 

Those video's are an eye opener.

Desperate to fight a guy half his size nearing retirement and desperate not to fight a guy his own size.

He'd get a lot more plaudits beating prime Ward than he would beating a near 40 year old Floyd , who was above his natural weight at 147 , never mind at Middle. So why isn't Golovkin chomping at he bit to get Ward in the ring?

Golovkin is a very good boxer , but im not a fan. Don't know how anybody can be a fan of a guy who shows zero ambition to be great.

 

Who chases a fighter 2 weight classes higher that will be a really difficult fight and doesn't bring a whole of money or fanbase to the table? I'll tell you....nobody does that

Yeah he is everything wrong with boxing. He fights 3 to 4 times a year, always try to make fights exciting even when it's a mismatch, is likeable, trying to unify the world titles and he is trying the get the best in the ring but he is failing at this because everything that is right with boxing is ducking him, obviously.

Now people like Mayweather only fought on PPV for years in fights no one wanted to see, that's what right with boxing ? Or Ward, who after winning the super 6 had every excuses not to fight Bute even if he knew he had a chance to unify the titles AND get his biggest payday at this time and then went on being innactive but feeling entitled to being called the number one pound for pound guy. You can't make this up.

yeah...fighting the dom wades and kell brooks of the world is great for boxing....while ducking andre ward.....yeah man....that golovkin is so goood for boxing....

people watched floyds fights...the numbers suggest that.....floyd could have boxed roger and more than 97k would have paid for it

 

People are still to this day calling out GGG on his hypocrisy, but his fans are looney birds who try to justify every decision he's ever made.
He's still failed at fighting anybody from 154-168. He won't fight Lara, he won't move up to fight a "money fight" at 168,
It's getting ridiculous, and his GGGoons are happy with all of it.

"nobody will fight him"....cept he wont consider a cw for canelo....dont wanna fight lara...ducked ward....talks to hearn and accepts kell brook but never even asks about degale....lol.....its becoming a joke...nevermind...its been a joke for awhile now...it is a joke...a bad one

 

GGG does not have to move up but nor did Floyd, PAC , DLH ETC..So which path is right or smarter?

I like GGG and once he collects all the belts he should move on up IMO

Khan and Brook just done it for starters. And Ward was not two divisions higher when the fight was on the table. He was just one higher.

Roy Jones went from 160 to 168 to face James Toney. James Toney never had to win a Cruiser weight title but he did it. And Toney went all the way to Heavy Weight from Middle weight , but you're saying a single jump in weight is too much for 3G?

What about Carmen Basilo who went from welter to middle because he wanted to face the greatest fighter the world had ever seen?

Eubank Sr went to Cruiser where he as massively under sized because he dared to be great. The list goes on and on , id be here all day.

Fact is GGG only wants to travel the road of least resistance. That's fine , just don' t go putting him in the same company as former ATG's
