i used have a sweet summer gig down there in my college years...tons of money and broads....taylor swift has a 17 mil summer home down there....way before she bought the place i used to get lit on her seawall...lol...it was the place to hang in the summer.....watch hill isnt bad but its really just a small section of the town...the downtown has tons of great places to eat and drink....its really become a hotspot destination

 

Las Vegas outlets put up money to make it more finically lucrative to fight there than anywhere else which is why fighters capable of filling stadiums choose to fight there. Considering the lack of pull Ward has in Oakland you think he'd be the first to suggest Sin City as the location.

but you tried to compare both arenas to froch doing something in wembley....oracle and t mobile are alot more similar.....the difference in money fighting vegas as opposed to oakland isnt the same or comparible to froch fighting in wembley as opposed to notthingham

if they fought in oracle...it would still be sold out and ticket prices would prob be about the same...the amount of money ward would miss out on, in comparison to fighting at tmobile, wouldnt be that much....and like i said...ward didnt demand it...he simply asked...i mean....if he asked and kovalev said "ok" dont u think ward would be dumb for saying "no"?
