If you are referring to the amateurs Lewis lost 8 bouts and no one beat him twice. Uli Kaden beat Lewis once and Stevenson twice, Igor Vysotsky beat Stevenson twice too.
It was just about Stevenson, not Lewis, but I think Kaden won three times (and lost 5 or 6). There was possible a Yugoslavian (another one from Belaruss) who defeated Lewis twice, but who had 9 - 11 defeats, I think. Ulli Kaden was actual more successful than Axel Schulz, Hein Ten Hoff or Jürgen Blin.
