    Calzaghe might have been a phenomenal fighting machine, but Linares was still the best Manny had ever seen.

    I remember in a post fight interview from the mid 90s (1994 I think) when Manny said Gerald McClellan was the best overall fighter he's ever worked with.
    He gets orgasmic when it comes to long, rangey built guys who have early round KO power.

    I'm sure I heard him say that about Lennox too. Mclelland was quite special though

    Indeed Manny was right. Calzaghe was downright savage in that fight. Kessler was incapable of coping with his aggression.

    Calsplappy was like a very aggressive pitbull with a weak bite, that wouldn't stop biting or relenting in any phase of the fight.
