I'll get the ball rolling with Sugar Ray Robinson, though I'm sure he wasn't the first to do so. We can work backward.
I'm afraid, SRR doesn't fit the criteria! In his 56th fight he drew with Jose Basora - a result he didn't "avenge" (with a 1st-round ko!) until his 114th fight. So after 100 pro bouts, he hadn't defeated every opponent he had faced until then.
Jimmy Wilde maybe. By the way in boxing you never know if somebody avenged a loss. I remember Norman Stone once said on a radio show that John Ruiz faced one fighter early in his career twice. But the 2nd time he had a different name....
No, not Jimmy Wilde either. He was undefeated after his first 100 pro fights - but there were several men, he hadn't actually defeated.
Yep, you got it :good By the way, Rodriguez and Carrasco are the only 2 who fit the criteria... and the Spaniard is the only boxer to retire with more than 100 bouts under his belt, and at least one win over every opponent he ever met.
See, now I'm a bit confused... again! Have I really offended someone this time, or is this another joke? I never know, if you are serious - or simply making fun of me!
