its been along time since i posted here. iv recently moved up in weight to heavyweight and lost my first heavyweight fight because of my mindset. i knew i could outbox my apponent and inflict damage but his size and looks threw me off and i lost the bout.
in middleweight my opponents pulled out of the fight alot of times which made me move up to heavyweight. how can i change my mindset i the ring? everyone around me isnt helpful telling me to 'not think about it' and 'your the champ' and bull**** like that.

how have you changed ur mindset for fights?

train harder, spar harder, run harder.

beat yourself up in the gym and on roadwork.

you either step into the ring to win or to just survive. when your next fight comes up are you going to sink or swim, we can't grow balls for you.
