He seems quite outwardly confident. I dunno if his choice of words to Mundine and the other fighters were a ploy to get his name out there a bit more or his geniune personality. In any case, Trout v Mundine should be great! He says he plans to fight before the end of December, but I doubt that'll happen.
I love how chocs first impression of trout was his high work rate....your boy will have to fight for every minute of the fight, however long it lasts. And for a 37 yr old skeletor, thats a world of pain.
as mundine is terrorfied of trout, and will give any excuse not to fight him, the BEST thing trout can say about mundine is that he is a chump. others might use stronger words for a fighter that claims to be boxings bradman, but refuses to fight anyone with a pulse....:deal
Trout is just lucky LoPorto couldnt fight back. Id put Trouts KO down to poor competition, lets face it LoPorto was coming off a KO win where he was even on the scorecards with a bloke coming off 5 losses, whose career record boasts twice as many losses - than wins! Trouts power was non existant, his speeds only so-so. As much of a flog Mundine is, he has fought and beat some proven performers in his time - and he definately has more speed than Trout. They both lack power, I think it results in a Mundine points win.
