Trout admits they atleast demanded a one fight option on him as well as the rematch clause. I dont belive much of what he says when his promoters hand has been caught in the cookie Jar trying to get an option on Mundines next fight, that is now FACT.

So Mundine wasnt telling porkies after all as alot of Mundine haters have claimed. :thumbsup Looks like the fight will happen in November or December and Mundine will be his Mandatory!

Eat sht DannY Green Fans! Now all he has to do is win

1, 2, 3, 4 mate it dont matter, he has admited they wanted a fight option on him and think its acceptable? thats enough for me. No boxer in their right mind would think this is acceptable, Trout should have told his promoter to scrap the 1 fight option deal if he was so confident of defeating Mundine.

A champion demanding a rematch clause in their contract?

    Thats unheard of!

no problem with the rematch, its in most contracts these days to ensure the other guy gets another shot if it comes down to a close decision or has another chance to reclaim the title but thats not the sticking point, its the FUTURE fight options which has been admited to and is wrong.

Translation, 1 Rematch + 1 Fight option. This isnt 1 fight, its 2, the rematch shouldnt be an issue but the 1 Fight option from what Mundine is saying, is. We wont argue about the number, 2, 3, 4 etc for arguments sake.

So Rematch ok, but 1 fight option? come on guys

im almost tempted to join in lol ^ good one but to be seriouse m8, its all about money, if it dont make money then it dont make cents. Still if Trout is so confident why the 1 fight option ontop of a rematch?

Taver vs Green, rematch clause as in all contracts, however no additonal fight option. Do you think Green or Tarver would have taken the fight if either one wanted exclusive rights on a one fight option if they won the title from the other guy? Neither Tarver nor green would agree to such a thing so why is it that Mundine should now become a mug and agree to this crap?

Giving it good thought then i do think to myself, well he says he is good, blah blah, he should just BOWL over the addtional fighter right? well its not about that, its about the $$$$$$

Mundine isnt boxing for free, he is boxing for $$$$ the same reason Danny fights Siaca and Briggs and fighters we havent seen for 18 months in BJ Flores, it makes $$$$. He wins the title he milks it just like Danny did but he has a legit one to milk he wont be able to milk for long as the mandatory will come up. Unlike fcktard Green we have had to put up with for the past 2 yrs parading around his IBO strap calling out hopkins.

Its not all sunshine and roses girls. tough decisions need to be made and alot of them are bussiness based decisions, thats half the problem in boxing today and is what is fcking it up good and proper.

idk but alot of you guys said this 3 fight option stuff was bullsht, if it was then the only thing correct about that would be that it wasnt 3 fights it was just 1, which really doesnt diminish the end result, Mundine fighting for some **** for free once he has won the title, its not right and no one agrees to this bullsht. trout should be hanging his head in shame, claims he can wins blah blah, why the fck they want an additonal fight option ontop of a rematch then?

Money wasnt the issue i think you will find Doctor. It may not have been 1.5 MIllion but this guys name isnt Antiono Tarver pal lol

Mundine's closet nuthugger and PR man TC "BOXA" assumes too much when he suggests that fans who dislike his hero must be Green supporters.

Trout knows his stuff. Choc was to be his Argie cab driver. Seems like Austin will be searching elsewhere for his 2nd defence.
Why would a middleweight [Mundine] be considered as Trout's mandatory ?
Surely he would be expected to win an eliminator at 154 to qualify.
Names like Ishida, Wolak, Williams and Lara will make sure that never happens.

Unless Boxa agree to Trout's terms the fight is dead in the water. :yep

What sort of money would Team Mundine have offered Trout to defend his title out here ?
