    Mundine has lost already

Well I guess if you think what a legend means I guess Mundine is one. It has been an interesting 11 year ride.

Legends are people like Fenech, Tszu, Rose, Famechon & Darcy.

An 'interesting 11 year ride' doesn't make you a legend.

It's going a bit far calling choc a legend of the sport...however even though Vic and Katsidis have achieved more Mundine remains the highest profile boxer in this country

Mundine will make the aussie HOF no problems :deal

Cue Bobby Sin - "No way what the **** would you know"

Fair to say Tony knows more about boxing and specifically the Australian HOF than you'll ever know Ash :hi:

Stick to what you are good at mate: Being a Mundine nuthugger and yelling 'throw more punches' down phone lines .

Thanks for quoting CHB kegsy :patsch

Oh yes throw more punches...ha ****ing ha

If a boxer has problems timing his opponent and as a result gets hit way too much on the contact line waiting for the opening...then that fighter has a huge problem

After speaking to a few highly respected trainers about this problem the advice was this "don't wait to time him....trust your combinations move through the contact point throwing more punches"

Now Leon was looking after my guy for the weekend of the fight and this was discussed in depth that he needs to trust his combos and throw them moving in....don't try to counter and time entry as that's not working

Leon looked after everything for the fighter including getting him corner men in Perth

In short we spoke about the advice for 3 days including fight day....I didnt know the corner so made sure Leon got the trainers advice to Jason and the corner.

I guess Leon for some reason turned on me and bagged me to a few posters here...don't know why...I will know never to trust him with one of my fighters again that's for sure :deal

Boxing 'legend' status is a lot more specific than the list of mumbo-jumbo you've just pasted.

Compare the career achievements of Jeff Fenech and Kostya Tszu - as two examples - to Mundines, and you'll soon identify why he fails to qualify for legend status.

Oh precious, I really have touched a nerve havn't I?

I don't dispute any of what you say and I'm really heartbroken you won't be calling me in the future, since I dipped into my own pocket pretty heavily that weekend. Since you're writing a novel about that weekend, why don't you tell everybody when you made that statement and under what circumstances? Be honest now.

PS I havn't turned on you, merely caught you out on some of your numerous flip flops and half truths. Stop being such a baby and a hypocrite, you're beginning to look like the kid who used to take his bat and ball home when things didn't go his way.

You obviously know him better than we thought Leon.

Don't expect an honest answer out of Ash though. He'll claim he can't remember or that he has put you on Ignore - or worse still - both!

What a load of **** Leon....didnt turn on me hey?

Your backstabbing and crapping on about how it went down :deal

How come Bobby and CHB were quoting your stupid saying before this came out?....answer is because you were bagging me behind my back...why?....I dont know...maybe thats how you treat your so called mates

And what circumstances?...you said you were reporting for the fist....you can get close to the corner in between rounds....you hired the corner and knew the fighter well....so I ask you to say it....I have no idea what your problem is....and why the hell did you yell it out to the team and the fighter if they couldnt hear you :nut

I guess you forgot you called me giving me the live fight report as well....I guess you forgot you phoned me with the live action that prompted me to repeat instructions to the team/ fighter

And flip flops...what the hell you tripping on?

The only flip flop I did is drop you as a mate after you back stabbed me...dont see anything surprising about that.

Ah don't bother I dont even what to know...see ya in another life :hi:
