if that dick judge did not have the fight so wide , so many people would not be moaning about a robbery

 

Robbery aside, was it a good fight? Worth catching up on?

Canelo can do no right can he.. I just have that feeling their is alot of canelo haters on here. People said hes protected and he got forced into the fight.. Canelo just proved hes just as class as he said he is. He won that fight. Simple as that. Hopefully canelo haters can go back in their shells now.

Definitely,mate.Not the best ever,but worth watching,if only to see what you make of the decision.I thought Trout won,but to see how he accepted the decision,maybe I missed something.Said Canelo the better man.Either man could possibly take Mayweather.The 2 Steves talking Alvarez/Cotto.A mismatch IMO.

 

I'm with most on this Canelo deserved the nod but Stanley Christandolou's card was crap.

 

That isn't a robbery though. A robbery would be if Trout took the fight 11-1 and they gave it Canelo 11-1.

If it's a close fight and the majority of rounds could go either way its very easy to end up with a lopsided scorecard for a relatively close fight.

In the end no ones going to look back in a years time and think Trout got dominated, they're just going to think he dropped a decision loss.

 

Good fight, competitive but i liked Trout.

 

I gave a close fight to trout,wouldnt argue a round either way tho.however the wide score margin was absolute bollox.also-open scoring is absolute bollox aswell.

 

I thought Trout just sneeked it but he had no chance against that. The whole show was obviously geared towards Alvarez who had the cards stacked in his favour right from the get go. It was getting towards the Sven Ottke levels of favouring 1 guy over the other. If Alvarez went down the ref would hase forgot how to count to 10. Can't believe how 1 judge gave everything to Canelo. Was that Judge Canelo's dad or something??? Alvarez was effectivley 3 rounds up before the fight started.
Also hated how at the end of the fight Alvarez already had his own wbc belt over his shoulder & everyone knew he'd won. reminded me of the 1st Froch fight just before the result was announced & the guy with the belt was already standing right behind Kessler with the belt ready to put round his waist. The hometown guy who everyone wants to win gets the win. just seemed abit sleazy.

Granted one judge must've been given a brown paper bag of cash beforehand, but the right man won regardless.
