Troy Waters fighting leukaemia

He had a benefit night up at Terrigal end of last year, I was set to go but had a last minute.

 

Long time fan of Troys & i was really saddened to hear this last year lets hope the treatment is going great guns , fantastic fighter was Troy I used to enjoy reading about his fights in the boxing mags pre Internet .

 

Any updates on Troy ?

 

That smh article above is only a week or two old.

Troy's brother Dean recently donated stem cells to help his immune system. Hopefully that was a success.

Troy is back at home which at least sounds positive.

 

It's be a long battle and he is not out of the woods just yet so ive heard.... good luck to Troy
