I don't think he gets knocked Out this time tbh. He took bombs off Maidana (who punches harder at LWW IMO). Plus, Preacott's power dies after four rounds. I think Khan can take them without being KO'ed

 

What bombs? They weren't even that good punches. Just a few wild hooks that by now Khan would be able to see coming a mile away or just ride with his newly discovered iron chin.

He got an opponent that was plagued by out of the ring problems, constantly changing trainer, arguments over TV/money allocated to undercards and looked in dreadful shape.... who did exactly what he wanted by going after him at the first bell.

It was Khan's naivety that lost him that fight, Prescott wouldn't even be a banger at domestic level in the 130-140lb classes.

If Mitchell had a rematch with him he'd stop him inside six rounds, he was respectful of Prescott's power a bit too much in my opinion and was reluctant to really plant his feet.... Prescott didn't win a round.

He wouldn't against Khan and would be gone relatively early, unless he's remarkably tough.

I think they should just feed Prescott to Pacquiao, so long as he signs a gagging order that he'll never mention the word ''Khan'' again.

Clive Woodward used to talk about the 1%ers. Khan has:

-learned to take big shots i.e. rolling with the punches from his excellent sparring
-is happier at 140 then he was at 135
-reacts better when hurt; against Prescott when hurt he went straight back at him whereas against Maidana he got on his bike
-his body is much better proportioned with stronger legs
-is in absolutely superb condition each fight

All this has added up for him going from having a frankly awful chin to having a average/decent chin. I would be surprised if Prescott was able to land anything like he landed first time but if he did I think Khan could be hurt, but he would move away, recover quickly and get back to it.

 

He shouldn't even be in a position to take them punches again.

But, if he shockingly did, then Amir probably would take them.

Different fighter all round. Much thicker legs, not drained, not inexperienced, better balance etc etc...

He's improved in too many departments.

 

He doesn't have an average or decent chin, your standards are too low. His chin is still poor, he just implements the basics now, which add up to make him a less vulnerable fighter.
