The Bivol and Floyd fights were different, Bivol has massive physical advantages over Canelo that Floyd didn`t have.

 

Floyd didn`t punch harder at 154 than Plant did at 168.

 

Where was DLH rated P4P by the ring or anybody else that year?

 

Bivol knew how to use his height and reach, Floyd didn`t have those advantages, Canelo will stop GGG in their next clash or just bully him for 12 rounds because he`s much bigger and stronger now.

 

Depth, most top fighters just got by on athleticism, most divisions were quite easy to dominate back then.

 

lol! Calzaghe was better than any fighter in the 90`s or would have at least cracked the top 10 he was brilliant and better than Hatton who was just quite good and a brilliant body puncher.

Bivol did not beat Canelo with size rather he beat him with his advantages in skills, mobility, defence, ring generalship and speed of hand and foot.

 

Clearly did because Canelo was eventually able to walk through Pmant which he could not do with Floyd.

The ratings you posted were from 2007, which was before he’d fought Hopkins.

So there’s no way on earth that Joe would have been rated that highly in the 90’s, with that resume up to Kessler. Not a chance.

The 90’s P4P’s were guys like Lewis, Roy, Hopkins, Toney, Oscar, and Pea etc.

Calzaghe had no chance of being rated in the top 10 back then, and neither did Hatton.

 

Do you think Carl Froch would make it in a top 10 P4P list in the 90’s?
