I have my doubt how Usyk will do going back down to Cruiserweight. Other fighters like Roy Jones jr. and Chris Byrd have gone down to lower weight classes at the end of their career and it didn’t really work out for them.

Furys problem is that after Usyk he can't really refight Wilder Chisora or Whyte again.

Fury is at the end of his career for sure but Usyk is still good to stay on top for a little while.

This is how I see it, they are both past it but can get away with it in this division

He said himself he is gaining always weight for his fights. He said it's very tough for him to eat that much at heavy. His natural weight is 210

I wouldn't like to see it personally maybe if Usyk was still campaigning at Cruiserweight then yeah assuming Beterbiev does beat Bivol.

But I'd rather Usyk stay at Heavyweight and either retire assuming he beats Fury again or fight a new top 10 contender like Zhang, Parker.

I'd like to see Usyk retire after the re-match.

He's probably in as good a condition as can possibly be for a fighter of his very high milage, AND he has bloody done some. I seriously hope he rides off into the sunset with that cheeky grin of his and his very hard earned and well deserved £0000000s in the bank.

This is actually what I want to see. Usyk and Beterbiev are almost certainly my 2 favourite fighters of all time. I only want to see Usyk beat Fury again and then Beterbiev or retirement. I just don't really see the point after those. I really don't think he would bother with Artur though. Too much risk v reward. I'm confident that Usyk would run rings around Dubois again and a big fight in China v Zhang would be cool but unlikely.
I think the money might be hard for Usyk to refuse and thus he may keep fighting. He's a very humble man though so I don't get the impression that money will be the motivating factor.
The aspect that intrigues me the most about a possible Usyk v Beterbiev fight is that I personally believe that these two fighters are the best of this generation. Usyk's career has pretty much fallen into place perfectly where as Beterbiev's has been really held back by promotional issues and injuries. Usyk has proven to be a fighter with an unmatched heart. Tremendous skills combined with rarely before seen courage and determination. Beterbiev on the other hand, I view as an absolute freak of nature who has swam against the tide of fate and is on the verge of becoming undisputed in a near miraculous fashion.

Fury is effectively finished except for showdowns with Joshua, Wilder IV, Chisora IV, etc.

Usyk would have a short handful of fights left if he wanted it.
