Bradley has like 10KO's in a 12-13 year pro career...is it safe too say he's the greatest fighter ever with absolutely no power?

He is great but Locche and Loi have better cases.

There have been quite a few feather fisted ATG's in boxing history, so pretty safe to say he's not even top 10 in that regard.
Locche is already mentioned, but what about Slapsie Maxie Rosenbloom for instance, or the infamous Willy Pep?

He's not even the best fighter with ''no power'' who is currently active.

Andre Ward i'd say is no.1 atm in terms of little power.

This is the kind of re****ed thread you only see on the general forum. A forum where only 5% of posters know a damn thing about boxing.

Tim Bradley isn't even a great fighter, you ****in idiot. Power or no power.

Don't forget Paulie Spadafora. I think he was a tremendous boxer but couldn't break an egg.

There isn't even one aspect of Bradley that is "great".
At best, Bradley is a very "good" fighter who appeals to the "Rock Em' Sock EM" defence absent Ward-Gatti crowd, neither of which can be considered as "greats" either..

Comparing Bradley to Pernell is like comparing a Rolls Royce to a Honda.

Bradley is a respectable fighter . He is not someone that can be easily defeated .

Pernel is in a class all by himself , there are barely any fighters ever that can be compared to him . Bradley would never be one of them .

BTW Timothy Bradley with knockout power would be frightening .

There is nothing to be ashamed of driving a Honda. When you pull up next to a RR Phantom, you can still hold your head up high.
