Please answer, and do so honestly, as I intend to use this very scientific poll to gauge the feelings of typical boxing fans.

Specifically, I'm referring to the fact that BOTH hold titles and are unwilling to face each other.

This is BAD for boxing. True or False?

This was intended as a serious thread, unlike the Vitali-Lewis-headbutt spoof thread.

Vitali will be out of the mix in 2 years max IMO.

Wlad can then continue to wipe out fighters and hopefully become undisputed.

Valuev is the one who is bad for boxing. Not facing either Klit with a 50/50 split.

He's throwing at least $10 mil away.

    Yes, bad for boxing.

Wlad is one of the worst fighters to watch. He's got the tools to take much less inferior guys out within a few rounds and he fights them like they have dynamite in their hands. He's a wuss. The Ibragimov fight was a disgrace.

I mean let's get real. If a non-boxing fan happens to come across a Wlad fight and they realize that he's a unified champ and see his boring style, they will be turned off.

As someone who is neutral about the Klitschkos, I have no problem whatsoever with them holding the titles, ALTHOUGH I wish they would fight each other. They are the best guys out there, the two best HWs since Lewis retired. Although I'd prefer one champion, since it has become clear these guys are clearly the best, who cares if they rule together for awhile. It's not gonna last that long anyway.

I must admit that they aren't helping by both having titles and not willing to unify( which is understandable) but if you take them away, then you have the worst heavyweight division in history so its kind of like we are trapped.

Not at all. They're highly competitive and take on all comers. It's the all-comers that are bad for boxing, not the Klits, who are just doing they're job. Wlad not the most exciting fighter, but he gets the job done. Valuev needs to fight Wlad, get his money, and leave permanently.

Yes, those titles need to be unified but if both retired that would make an already poor heavyweight division almost unbearable to watch.

Exactly, this actually happend to me once. I was watching the Iggy/Wlad fight over a friends house, praying for the chance to see Wlad knocked out, what I got was one of the worst Heavyweight fights I have ever seen. By the 7th round my friends were begging me to change the channel and watch some UFC unleashed or some **** like that, and were laughing at both mens fighting style, and one even asked "Why is the really big guy afraid to get hit?, He fights like a *****". I had no answer for him, just anger.

I think Wlad is extremely talented, but the way he fights is disgraceful IMO, I just wish he would stand in their fight, instead of clinching on to his oppenent for dear life when the going gets tough.

  11. The klitchkos are GOOD for boxing:D especially Wlad he fights more often than Vitaly, has beaten and taken on better fighters, and in my opinion is more talented, better jab, boxer, more power, Vitaly has the better chin that's it..
They both seem intelligent, and personable especially Wlad, and they carry themselves well outside the ring, not geeting thrown in jail for stupid ****, or busted for drugs, bar fight's etc...
They are both professionals in and out of the ring..

Vitali is OK as he's busier but Wlad is a disgrace. How can anyone say that Wlad's style is "good" for boxing? It might not "hurt" boxing or be "bad" for boxing but he's certainly not going to attract new fans with his style.

The HW division as a whole is bad for boxing.

Not bad at all. What they have accomplished is unprecedented in boxing and it should be heralded as such.

Why would anyone want to see them fight each other anyways? There would be no ill-intent between the two whatsoever, and the fight itself would be boring since both guys would be trying to not hurt the other.
