    he needs to beat maidana and be a warrior and accomplish a lot in his career to get rid of that, look at vitali still getting ripped for quiting vs byrd.

    he showed much heart vs clottey when he could easily have got a nc after that big cut but continued.
    had several other tough fighs like vs torres, he gave pac a good fight for the first 4 rounds then was brave to make it to round 10, takes on everyone is very professional. I think he has great heart just because of the margarito fight is to hard on him, im interested to see how he acts when it gets tough again vs marg in december.

    I've shared this story before, but this thread is a great place to share it again.

    When Danny "Little Red" Lopez retired the now defunct Boxing Today magazine devoted a big portion of an issue to Danny's career. The title of the article was: Danny "Little Red" Lopez; knock him down, and he'll get up and kill ya!

    Great champion, and one hell of a warrior!
