    basically what Code said

it isnt that its just a foregone conclusion.....it was a closer than usual fight with some close/swing rounds

basically alot of these guys were sitting around rock hard around the 8th round....hoping maybe maidana was gonna catch him and put him down....or take control of the fight...these guys were waiting to explode....and then....nothing....floyd left em with blue balls.....

so they had to claim "robbery" and this and that....cry and whine......

basically it was going to be like the night/week after pac got ktfo6....they thought they were going to have their time.....and come on here and puff chests and talk crap like the classless jokes they are.....you realize that prob 90 percent of these guys have new names now because they were embarrassed to come back with their old ones

they thought they were going to have their time to run "*****s" off the board....sadly in a floyd loss...most guys would come back and still talk boxing and admit floyd got beat.....and these guys would still have 0 class calling names shouting "homo....duckweather" etc.

they are a bunch of children who were thinking they were about to their way....

    Lets rewind here......

Months before the Broner fight, Maidana was considered a crude slugger, some suggested he was nothing more than a gatekeeper. who had struggled against hasbeens and nobodies.

He beats Broner, and people say Broner was a bum.

Mayweather signs to fight Maidana, and the hype machine starts to make Maidana sound like a monster.

Facts are, Floyd won a close contest, but looked ragged and uncomfortable for a fair portion of the fight.

The thing is that have never seen anybody sweat Floyd like that and I guess they figured that by Maidana doing that, he should win the fight but close only counts in horse shoes. I liked Maidana before the Mayweather fight and I knew that he was gonna bring it cause that's who he is. ( The dirty **** turned me against him ) He never did that type of **** with any other fighter. All the haters thought that was cool and even described it as an acceptable tactic. Yeah, all the haters are looking for a savior from Money but it ain't happening.

Interesting theory. I wouldn't say that Mayweather dominated. Maidana gave him plenty of trouble and the2 fight was close in my opinion. The only way you could say the fight wasn't close is if you gave Mayweather every close round. Even if you found a way to give Mayweather 12 rounds... the fight was still close (in that each round was competitive). I scored it even and I don't give a shlt about either fighter. Maidana won the first half, Mayweather won the 2nd. Yes, Mayweather won his rounds more clearly than Maidana... that doesn't matter. Yes, Mayweather had the momentum at the end of the fight... that doesn't matter either.

Let tham fight again to see if Maidana is a true threat to Mayweather's reign.

Yeah, I think I'll re-watch that fight later. Plus his corner was telling him to do dirty ****. What kind of coaching is that?

    Liar:-(

"I think that Maidana really proved and showed all the doubters that he was not only capable, even though he didn't get the win, to make it a tough fight for Floyd Mayweather...Floyd made the adjustments like we do, veterans do," stated unified WBA & IBF light heavyweight champion, who shared his thoughts at the post-fight press conference about the performances of former welterweight champion Marcos Maidana and unifed WBC & WBA welterweight champion Floyd Mayweather.":deal

It would be extreme bias because that would be giving every swing round to Maidana in a 7-5 fight. Meaning the maximum of swing rounds and their weren't that many.

i watched the fight with some serious floyd haters. i scored it 7-5 for floyd. they scored it 8-4 for floyd. they're floyd haters but can put thier hate and bias aside to judge a fight. that's not an easy thing to do.

Head butts, low blows, mma muy Thai knees, rabbit punches, etc etc dude threw over 1000 punches and Floyd still outclassed him. Floyd haters would love for Floyd to get injured by ruff house tactics. They don't care if a guy is borderline wrestling to get a W. It's quite pathetic

    :deal

Watched the fight just last week. I had it 7-5 for Floyd but I was giving the close rounds to Maidana. I have no problem with an 8-4 score, but anything more than that and you're reaching. If you had Maidana winning, YDKSAB and you're a hater.
