    any one no of any good circuits or any other training regimes I could try just to mix up my training apart from the usually boxing workouts and running.Mr kool had a good one to train weights and cardio like a circuit. any one no of any other things i could do to compliment my usuall training :good something that will really push my fitness and fat loss?
