    This statement:

"He's an impressive boxer, not an all round athlete."

You said this not Lefty, tell me why Joe is not an all round athelete , do you actually know this or not ?

NO you are totally wrong size of muscles is indeed genetic.

Big black guys have high test

Small asian guys have low test and small muscles

Little asian guy can NEVER naturally get like black guy

No he does not have low bodyfat. What don't you understand? I can show you pictures of guys with low bodyfat if you want.

No, it isn't as low as it could be. As stated earlier, if somebody trains with the goal of obtaining a defined 6 pack, it's easily possible to do. If you want proof search youtube for P90X and see the transformations.

He's working hard enough, just not eating to obtain a 6 pack.

Because he doesn't train or eat for that.

Not as big as you're making out.

Yeah. Kerry Kayes gave Hatton nutritional advice, I said nothing of Kayes himself...

That may have something to do with the fact he learned a few things from Kayes and carried on using what he learned once he got rid of him... Maybe you should think before you type.

    Wow. You're dense.

Lets get this straight, Hatton loses a lot of weight because he watches his diet and eats healthy which is exactly what I said but I'm wrong? WTF?

Fact? Please give links to these studies stating this "fact". An asian guy can't get as big as a black guy? It doesn't even make sense.

No offence but if you've nothing helpful to say then shut the **** up.

If you wanna gain serious size and strength then ALL you need to do is hevay squats and deadlifts. Simple

The only way you are going to bulk without gaining fight is if you are a twig whos never wokred out in your life. Or steroids.

You are going to gain fat no matter what. The whole point is to bulk, then cut.

So lets say at 160lbs you are at 10% body fat.

You bulk to 175, you cut back to 10% body fat but this time, you are at 168.

(Not saying you'd gain that much muscle, all people are different)

But you are going to add fat no matter what you do.

Calzaghe doesn't have low bodyfat? Maybe we have different ideas of what low is.... What's low to you?

Depends on who you're talking about. Athlete low would be below 10%. Average guy low would be between 12-16%.

What percentage do you think Calzaghe has?

testosterone some have more than others, some races have more than others on the whole barring of course few possible unique exceptions

    it makes perfect sense
