well yeah if you want to drop weight thats because you think your overweight or to heavy for your height right? Your not asking how to increase your skills are you? Then the football example is invalid. But i personally no nothing about the military.
Only advice i can give you is the basic eat small portions (cant tell you to eat healthy because i assume you dont get to choose your own foods), try and do roadwork etc

"With no coaches how can I improve my technique, develop better footwork, and drop to at least 178." that is what I said in the orginal post, so yes I am asking to get in better shape AT THE SAME TIME as improving my technique.

I don't think I was acting immature or disrespectful at all. Consider the fact that I had a pair of medium shorts on with a full groin protector underneath them, then yes I guess my pic would imply I was some fat ****. Also take into consideration the picture was in May, and the fact the guy next to me is 5 foot 5 about 140 pounds, then you will get the idea. I am not saying I can not lose a few pounds, because I am not in perfect shape but that is why I created this thread.

Boxing does require a higher level of fitness then the military, but the majority of people in the military are just average joes. Noone said boxing does not require a higher degree of physical fitness then standard military training. Even advanced Military physical training probably is not as strenous as boxing. I don't recall myselft, or anybody else saying it was so what the **** you talking about? It can be easily understood that you have never, and will never serve in the military, or anything that does not benefit anybody else just by the way you attempt to ridicule or demean people. Trust me it don't hurt my feelings, or in the least bit make me want to not achieve my goals. I had way more intimidating, and scary moments in my life I had to overcome in my life then some internet moron who talks **** behind his shield aka keyboard.
