An excelerated boxers out there with any tips? It really shows when I lead with left and then try to transition to a fast left hook/body shot. I'm a beginner pretty much. Unfortunately, it's easier with my right guard hand closer to the chest. I think I'm not doing a number of things correctly. Really humbling btw, I love that combo and the thought of being able to do it with speed AND power..... edit: I think a uploaded video is in order. Asking for solid advice on form isn't a good idea without an actual visual. Boxing is truly an art. I'll see if I can do so.
