He is definitely winning. But he is not brutalizing him. The guy has a big heart. Especially considering this guy doesn't need boxing!!! He is the son of a surgeon!!! You can tell that russian loves to fight. He is losing, but he has my respect.

andrade is a tank. the guy has a chin of the purest crystal, just unbreakable. whats great about him too is that he's such a soft spoken gentleman, who apparently enjoys intellectual pursuits outside the ring, such as poetry by neruda. judging by his cro-magnon like features you'd never guess.

In searching (and not finding) an old Andrade interview I liked, I found this from two days short of a year ago in a britishboxing.net article by Kevin Roberts:

"Ah, Kessler the most uttered word on boxing forums at the moment. Mikkel the biggest perceived threat to Calzaghe continues to pile up the wins against (should you believe the hype) ‘the cream of super-middleweights. Andrade will probably lose the first few rounds noticing that he is in a fix and that he has to knock Tsypko out in order to win the fight.Tsypko's stamina is excellent,and he is as cool as cucumber when being under heavy fire.Therefore Andrade has to go for the ko going out with blazing guns looking for the decisive moment to land one of his murderous punches.Tsypko is a very tactical fighter.He will win round after round outpointing and outjabbing his very predictable opponent.Tsypko has never gone down in his pro career and he for sure will put his best foot forward as this upcomming fight with Andrade is a true crossroad fight for him.His German promoter will kick him out of his stable in case he loses this fight.He isnt a big draw neither in his native Ukraine nor in Germany.His style is no feast for anyone's eyes.He is a quiet personality with a boring style.
Hardly marketable -neither in the USA nor in Germany.He has to win his encounter with Andrade.
Tsypko is now 22-2 in the paid ranks.
All in all his fight record is quite impressive.He beat Kodzoev in his 4th pro fight stopping the teak tough American based Russian in the 4th round of their encounter. Kodzoev has defeated the likes of Jerry Elliot and Sergej Tatevosyan in his pro career.In his 9th pro fight he systimatically dismantled his African foe,the cagey vet Mxoli from South Africa,taking him out in round 6. Mxoli drawed with Hasan Al,had three bloody wars with Nordin Ben Sallah,went the full route with Mikkel Kessler who didnt have an easy time with the African,gave hell to German pugilist Dirk Dzemski a few years ago.
In his 10th pro fight he knocked out his Italian foe Imperato in round 7 of their encounter. Imperato had gone the full distance of 12 rounds with both former world champ Markus Beyer and former european champ Danilo Haussler.
In his 13th pro fight he soundly outpointed well known Argentinian top fighter Francisco Mora.
In his 14th pro fight he easily outpoint Charles Adamu who -just two weeks later-gave hell to Carl Froch on Froch' s home turf in England.
In his 15 th pro fight he outclassed former european champ Zaitsev in an extremely one-sided fight winning all rounds.
In his 16th pro fight he squared off against Jeff Lacy on American soil ,but their encounter was scored a no contest due to a cut caused by a headbutt.
In his 19th pro fight he beat Brian Magee in a close fight on German soil.
In his 20th pro fight he lost to Frenchman Chanet on French soil in a very close fight. There are ring observers who thought that Tsypko did enough to win that fight.
In his 21st pro fight he stopped the very decent Croat Stejpan Bozic in the second round of their encounter.
Bozic has collected known scalps like the one of former world champ Velasquez, Australian based Arab Nader Hamdan,Belgian based Arab toughman Djamel Sellimi,and Danish based African Lolenga Mock(who knocked Brewer out and went 12 rounds with Bute).
In his 22nd pro fight Tsypko lost a very controversial point decison to American Jeff Lacy on American soil.I guess most posters here are quite familiar with that fight.
Tsypko beat David Gogiya in one his last fight. The Russian based Georgian Gogiya has a proven track record which shows his class.He lost a split decision to former european champ Christian Sanavia,beat Chanet and Mger Mkrtchyian(anyone remembers his fight with Joe Calzaghe) in their backyards.
Tsypko has fought very good opposition in his career.He has gone the distance of 12 rounds quite a few times.He has faced big punchers and outboxed them.
His style is no feast for our eyes,but very effective and successful.He is a resilient type of fighter who can take a good punch and keep his composure.He wont be out of puff after 9 or 10 rounds.His stamina is beyond any doubt.
My guess is that Andrade will have a puzzled frown on his face after 5-6 rounds trying to think how to solve this brute of a problem.
Andrade wont be able to tear Tsypko to pieces IMO.No way that Andrade will outpoint the Ukranian.Andrade for sure has the edge in firepower,but in terms of skills Tsypko is head on and shoulders over Andrade.
Against all the odds I will put my money on Tsypko.
