Tszyu has said he'd only come back for a big fight.

.....I certainly dont think there would be huge interest in a Tszyu-Mayweather or a Tszyu-Pac fight without Tszyu first showing the public what he has left.

The biggest money fight he could make right now that could interest both sides is a JMM fight at 140 lbs.

......thats a fairly decent money fight, and if Tszyu would to beat Marquez, he's positioned himself right in the middle of the pack to demand a fight against anyone 147 lbs and below.

and why will Kostya deserve a good payday? because of his name?
i am a big fan of him,he was a classy man but if he wants a good offer he must prove he deserves it...and last time i saw him, many yrs ago he gave up against Hatton...what should we expect today?

You're no fan if you think of Tszyu as a quitter.

Plain and simple, Tszyu had gotten beat down vs Hatton and if he was to go on to fight the final round, he was going to do so with zero in the gas tank........
    ......ZERO!!!!

Thats whats wrong with this forum.....to many are short to give the victorious fighter credit, and instead fault the loser for not going the full route to take a needless beating.

Whilst its true that Tszyu has never officially retired it would be very unwise imo for him to comeback and like someone has already said Tszyu has a yearly "i may fight again" turn.

And Tszyu is my favourite fighter ever, but he should enjoy his retirement.

Tszyu not sure what the point is , he was a top 3 140 lb of all time, would lose to the top guys now on either speed or strength , would look like JCC when they fought.

Please Kostya!! Please come back for a second fight with Hatton.

Tzyu would annihalate the fat bum.. And nothing would bring me more joy then to see it.

  12. Agreed!
I think Tszyu would actually be much more competitive in a second fight with Ricky...

Other than a fight with Hatton I could live with Kostya calling it full retirement. And another poster was probably right when he said this announcement was all hype.

This is most likely the case.......
.....Tszyu wants his name out there to hype something he wants to sell.

Lennox Lewis often hints he may come back, but we all know he just wants to see his name mentioned......its all hogwash.
