That really hurts my feelings. To be told that by such an innocent child, a child so innocent that he can't even do basic math. The honesty of the innocent.
This was actually a good thread in the beginning. But damn, from the time I went to bed last until I woke up this morning, it deteriorated rather quickly. :-(
the thread should involve only 2002 when the fight could have happened...then it started to become all over the place
Lets see it for as it was put 02. Form leading up to that time frame. Mosley Oscar Dela Hoya at 147 SD 12 WON Antonio Diaz at 147 TKO 6 WON Shannan Taylor at 147 TKO 6 WON Adrian Stone at 147 KO 3 WON Vernon Forrest at 147 UD 12 LOSS Vernon Forrest at 147 UD 12 LOSS Mosley was in his prime aged 30 years and a bit and had 4 good wins and 2 losses. Tszyu Ahmed Santos at 140 TKO 8 WON Julio C Chavez at 140 TKO 6 WON Sharmba Mitchell at 140 RT 7 WON Oktay Urkal at 140 UD 12 WON Zab Judah at 140 TKO 2 WON Ben Tackie at 140 UD 12 WON Tszyu was in his Prime from 98 to 02 i feel and was aged 32 in 2002. 6 wins against good fighters. For me if this fight takes place in 02 in Tszyu's prime it would be alot closer than Mosley easily smashing Tszyu as some think. They think he was slow and had no chin but there only real comeback was Mosley would never lose to Phillips or Hatton. Yeah well i say this Tszyu would never lose to Forrest because he beat the **** out of him before. This is a fight were Mosley would be favorite in the USA but simply to write Tszyu off as a simple fight. I bet if you were to ask Mosley now if he had the chance of fighting Tszyu in 2002 and his fans said to him it would be an easy fight he would answer now honestly Tszyu would be a harder opponent than Vernon Forrest. Ask Mosley he is great friends with KT and has been to his gym many times before and they talk often. Mosley respects the **** out of Tszyu. And Mosley knows his ****. Now im a huge KT fan and i would pick Molsey to outpoint Tszyu but never give him a boxing lesson. and KO him in 02 please. No way. I respect both men alot i think some in here always do the same in here. As soon as Tszyu's name is mentioned they bring up KT's losses yet they probably never even watched the loses of KT's let alone his wins. Ive watched hours of footage on both men this fight would be a great one its just a pity it never happened.
Trick thread, Shane couldn't make 140 in 02- he was fighting at 154 by the end of that year and he'd been a legit 147 pounder for years. He'd have been drained as hell if he had to cut to 140 and Kostya probably would've knocked him out. I'm gonna guess that there's an ulterior motive here about Pac and his weight demands. :good
