TUA - ARREOLA is FALLING APART?

    If this happens, then all we can do is blame Cedric Kushner - who will finally prove himself to be one of the worst Promoters in the world.

    And maybe Tua himself is afraid?

    Arreola quote from 'Fight Hype' website....
    "Im hearing September but no later than mid October. Personally I want to fight Tua but the talks have fallen apart. I hope it gets done, but if not, I just want a big name thats willing and ready to fight"
    "A win over Tua will get me a lot more exposure a lot more people like you who havent seen me fight much will know who I am. It was an honour to hear Larry Merchant say my name after the Klitschko-Thmpson fight. Once I beat Tua, I just want to be considered elite and bring a title shot home"
    "I just really want this fight to get done. I want everyone that thinks I dont have a chin or whatever to see Im for real. He (Tua) has dynamite in both hands and If I go down Im going out on my shield like Cotto. Its no shame in losing like that. I want to have those types of fights...."

    It will be a DISASTER for Tua if this fight slips by. -A DISASTER.

    That sucks, I wanted so see Nipples knock him out. Oh well, Chris should knock out Povetkin next.

    Yes - and I wanted to see TUA get a shot at knocking Arreola out!

    Is Kushner useless? Is Tua afraid?

    Tua is done, he likely wants no part of this fight because it is to risky for him.

    Chris Arreola is a class act. He should challenge Haye to a match & let Tua continue fight nobodies like he's been doing for the last few years..............on PPV no less!

    I think Haye will be after bigger targets - just like Arreola.

    Tua - Arreola was going to be a great battle - with HUGE interest from the fans.

    What a disaster for Tua if it falls apart.

    If he fights Tua, he'll certianly get his wish, and he'll have those type of fights (where he loses) but he won't loose ala Cotto, he'll loose ala Ruiz, as in Ruiz vs. Tua.



    Let's hope this fight gets made.

    Tua should leave his ass period. He should fight Arreola to see what he got left.

    Blame Kushner.

    I saw Tua fight ages ago, and both he and his trainer were saying they wanted to fight more often afterwards.

    You could tell straight away Kushner wasn't happy and immediately talked about a big payday kind of fight.


    I know Tua disappears now and again, but a good promoter would keep him busy, keep him active and make sure he was always interested. Not do nothing for months at a time.

    Tua is a has-been, not even that, more of a never was, any way Arreola would probably beat him which is why this fight won't happen.

    Kushner has a pretty bad reputation as a Promoter.

    It is possible he has ruined Tua's last chance(s).

    Let us see if there is a last-minute reprieve.

    Tua knocked out two former champions. He also is the only man to ever knock out two world champions in under 30 seconds.

    He is and always was one dimensional but was hell to non stick and movers like Byrd.
