Arreola looks a dangerous knock out artist. Put him in front of Haye and he'd eat him!

    Or Tua!

This is Tua's call. If he doesn't fight Arreola, it'll be because he doesn't want to. Kushner is only his mouthpiece.

I notice you nuthuggers always trys to bash fighters that you think can crack your hero's egg chin. Arreola would crack that egg and deep down you know it.

I dont think beating a Witherspoon makes him a serious threath to Wlad. Wladimir would KO his ass middle rounds.

I was worried about this. Hope it turns around but I would be very disappointed yet unsurprised if this doesn't happen.

And if it doesn't, I can't see any point in Tua continuing to fight on.
At the very least, under Kushner's wing.

    You are right, Damon.

    This is make or break.

If Tua doesn't fight Arreola, what would he do? Fight guys like Cerrone Fox for chump change? Get fat? No, this is his last chance. If he punks out now, Kushner, PPV, and the boxing intelligentsia will be thru with him. No one will take him seriously. He signed a contract with Kushner earlier this year. He owes CK (and others) money. Can you imagine CK trying to promote his fighter after this? I think Tua is waiting to KO Barry and Peewww in court. It's going on its 6th year. Fighting Arreola is a good back up plan in case he loses in court.

It's kind of ironic that John Ruiz fights often and seems to be willing to take on anyone.

If Tua doesn't get in the ring soon he'd might as well call it a career.

Club Fighter - do you have inside info that it is gone?

Exactly, why does this man think he can make money demands? He's done **** all in the sport for years now, he needs to take some fights & get in line like the rest. The reason the division is in such a state is because we hold on to relics like him & Golota.

It was supposed to be on Boxing After Dark sometime in the fall as part of a doubleheader featuring Paul "The Punisher" Williams against perhaps some English bum by the name of Michael Jennings (Hooray for that!). Sounds cool enough except the two parties are having difficulties ironing out the financial details. The only given is Arreola so he's gonna be fighting but they're actively looking for a replacement fighter as the fight between he and Tua under Tua's terms would have exceeded the HBO BAD budget. (Sucks to be us the boxing public.)
