Only sentence that meant anything in the entire post.

P.S - What did Maskaev do that Tua didn't?? Let's see, he held a world title, and he KTFO'd Hasim Rahman twice

Tua vs Briggs would be a good match based on name values.

Doesn't Tua have a contract with NZ TV to get completed before he can move onto big fights?

Tua owns a KO victory over Rahman as well.

Maskaev beat old Rahman to win the title, Tua KOed undefeated Rahman.

Rahman x2 is the only notable scalp on Maskaev's resume. Tua has KO wins over several former and future world champions, Maskaev included. Including his splattering of Ruiz, which no-one has even come close to looking like duplicating at any stage of any fight, let alone the first 20 seconds.

Look at all these guys getting repeated title shots. How the **** did they deserve them? You reckon that Jameel McCline has enough significant victories that he earned FOUR title shots, yet David Tua only deserves ONE for his ENTIRE CAREER, and that one shot against a prime Lennox?

    :hat

What significant victories does Tua have since losing to Lennox. Moorer, Oquendo?......ok take those, they were 8 freaking years ago!!

Don't blame McCline, Ruiz, Golota and the like for having a promoter that could put them in title fights, something that Kushner hasn't done. Tua should have made better career decisions.

I agree to an extent that some of those guys didn't deserve their shots at the time they got them, but neither does Tua now.

Two wrongs don't make a right.

Yeah, Kiwi, rumour has it they're trying to line up Rahman. Hope not. He offers Tua nothing towards a title. 2 journeyman, then a top ten, or straight to a title shot. That's the path he'll be taking.

You make it sound like Tua beat Rahman fair and square.
