true. but if the judges had given it to him i doubt he would be getting more credit that he does now. and most likely Ali would have got himself into shape for a rematch and beaten young. like he did with leon Spinks.
Young W15 Ali would be remembred as one of the worst title winning performnces ever

Well, I can only say that Young is a negative fighter..but a highly skilled negative fighter, who probably only fought to the level of his competition during his brief time as a top 5 heavyweight. I think that he would have made things hard even for an in-shape Ali..like Norton did in his own way. It's the same crap that people say about the Foreman-Young fight..."why if that arena temp wasn't so high, well Big George woulda...shoulda...coulda.."..what bull****...it was just as hot for Young as it was for Foreman..and Ali beat Spinks in a rematch, but Young ain't Spinks and Spinks ain't Young...Young would have bedeviled in shape Ali as well.

Whoa...dude... That reminds me I plan on making a probable thread fail of Byrd VS Godoy. I have to work up the nerve first. My H2H interests are never exciting to anyone else, lol.
