What a great day for boxing fans. If its true a heavyweight event in Utah will have David Tua versus Saul Montana....Joe Mesi versus Sherman Williams, Jeremy Williams versus Gary Gomez and Roman Greenberg still to be named on PPV for $24.95.
These are the kind of shows that will compete with the UFC and the kind that boxing needs to raise its profile.

Heaven forbid any of them would fight each other, I thought Jeremy Williams was gonna fight at cruiserweight?

maybe worth watching (definetely not worth paying for, either way) if Tua were fighting Mesi.

I guess Jeremy Williams has decided to get away from MMA and get back in boxing. This should be a good fight card, but I don't think I'd pay $25 to see it. I would like to see Tua and Mesi, though.

Who the **** is Roman Greenberg ? Williams has did nothing but make people think he was dead when Peter put him too sleep. Tua hasnt did anything meaningful in nearly 5 years and Joe Mesi continues to fight noboddies and looks bad doing so. WTF is so great about a couple of gatekeepers at best fighting ?

This is a show that competes with the UFC? Man the UFC must be worse off than I thought.

I thought Jeremy Williams was still unconscious.

The most popular fighter in UFC history was and is Randy Couture. He has been knocked out in two of his last three fights....who gives a f*#k? It is called fighting. So what if Jeremy Williams got ko'd by Peter. If he can fight for a few rounds who cares if he gets knocked out?! What has boxing turned into a dance between pussies? Go back to your 112 lb. jockey fights. I want to see the big guys beat each other down.

Yeah, Tua vs. Mesi would have been nice, otherwise meaningless fights for the HW picture along with bad choice of opponents for each fighter except for the TBA of course. This cards belongs to FNF but by no means this worth to be a PPV event, even at 24.95.

These guys should be fighting each other if they're serious about making any noise in the division. None of these tomato cans that anyof them are fighting interests me even a little bit. I'd watch it for free on ESPN or BDSSP but PPV? Are you kidding me? I work too hard for my money...,..,.,...
