    Would be nice if the rest of the division would do this as well. Fight each and weed out the bums instead of plunging right in to that big Klitschko payday.

    Of all people Zak. I thought you would be 1 guy who would stand up for the man with the long journey????

    He only had a handful of amateur fights and then at 16 he made a mistake and competed in some toughman competitions. He won some of those over grown met at 16-17 years old. So he then was dq'd from the ams.

    He went pro at 18, and he had to fight his way up. He fought David Bostice and Hogman Sargent at a ripe 21 years old. His 1st loss was to a guy he had already beaten a had a draw with...he was a fighting fighter always.

    He fought Odlanier Solis with 10 days notice to get his then Bigg Butt to Berlin. He's down 50 pounds since, and that is his only loss in 6 years. 30-1-2 revenged both draws.

    Tauasa took a prime Ssnowski to a MD for the WBF HW Title. He was on USA TV Contender series. Calloway only loses to very top guys. The opponents are going up in calibre.

    He has 11 regional title fights in under 2 years. He's selling out Chinese stadiums. He has been aternating fighting on both sides of the world. He's got titles for everywhere.

    Let's se this man get a fair notice and fight some guys like the 3 that ducked him. 2 of which he was their interim champion. Cmon!

    Acctually I have done market research and China is the next big venue for professional boxing. Welliver is very popular in China.

    Wellivers last two fights are big wins in China.

    Once you are in the fight, many things can happen. If Chauncy fights a brutal war of attrition against Vitali, he could potentially beat him outright. Depends how much of the fight he can force on the inside. But even if he doesn't edge it scoring wise and takes a hell of a beating to keep coming in, he could potentially injure the old man fighting a brutally tough fight plan.

    Chauncy is 1 guy who is capable of forcing a clash over and over and over with the Klits for 36 minutes straight. He has the chin to walk Vitali down. Meet and greet his old arse about 300 times with brutal clashes in the center of the ring. Start driving him backwards when he gets to where the range is all his. Force him to tie up like his little brother.

    It is possible. Vitali is not a 1 punch wonder and Chauncy has the armor plating to make it 1 of the more brutal battles we've had. 2 of the top 3 chins in the HW division there.

    Chauncy Welliver is awful, anyone who seen him fight can swear to it. I

    know their is some Welliver fans on this site but seriously he not even a

    fringe contender, any real contender he fights he's gonna lose to just like

    he did against Solis

    I have been reading up on it, the Chinese loving Chauncy, ain't nothing wrong with that. Dude is getting paid, good for him. But I think if HBO was on Arreola's nuts for **** sake how come Chauncy can't get a shot on Showtime, or HBO, dude has earned the exposure, he should be getting his due, he is active as ****.....and for a Heavy is pretty active....

    Boxing game is ****ed up sometimes

    If Arreola gets a Shot at Klit headlining Staples Center on HBO, Chauncy should get a TV date..

    Andre Berto is muscular as **** and couldn't sell 1,000 tickets in his home state of Florida, in a venue surrounded by a huge Haitian population.

    Sure they are...they are joining the circus. Monte is going to run a ski ball game and Tua is going to guess people's weights.

    Even if they aren't....will they face their interim and former 2 year interim champ? Hell no, they all blow. Hell no, they all blow.........

    The fact remains, though...

    If Chauncy is such a "bum" and such a "push-over", then why the **** aren't guys literally lining up for the opportunity to fight him?

    He's ranked top 10 in the WBC and WBO.

    If he's so easy to beat, isn't this a way to get an easy ranked win for all these guys gunning for a Klitschko payday?

    Something clearly is not adding up.

    Obviously, on some level, Welliver is perceived as a high risk/low reward endeavor, otherwise these guys would be jumping at the opportunity to fight him. That is clearly not happening, and there must be a valid reason for it.
