If Tyson hadn't stopped Tua by the half way point ,which chances are he won't then tua stops him in ten.

You do realise that his point has no bearing whatsoever on what would happen if the two met in the ring.

You'd have thought by now folk would realise triangle theory doesn't work in boxing.......

Tyson`s defense wasn`t as good as it was under the guidance of Rooney, he didn`t use the pek a boo as much or as well and Tua would have been far more impressive against Mathis than Tyson was, he was mising by miles in that one.

Tua did better in sparring vs Holy he used Tua as a sparring parther for his fight vs Tyson ironically.

I still think Tyson takes it. I can see Tua conforming to a decision loss.

Its relevant because theres NO proof whatsoever that Tua could beat a guy as good as Tyson. His history doesn't exactly suggest he could handle a guy on Mike's level.

The opposite is not true, as Tyson has wins over better fighters than David.

96 Tyson could no longer handle a guy as versatile as Holy, but a limited guy like Tua is still made to order for him.

I have a question for Tua fanboys, what big puncher did he ever beat? Lewis' power put him a shell and made him gunshy, wheres the proof he could handle Tyson's power and still fire back?

Theres proof Mike could handle Tua's power, as Ruddock was a bigger puncher than Tua.

In 96', we are still talking about the Tyson who was able ice Bruno early and go 11 rounds with Holyfield.

That version of Tyson still has too much for Tua. Tua would lose a UD over 12.

True, but Tyson-Mathis was late 1995, not 1996...:D

Excellent example using Ruddock, who I believe, was more dangerous than Tua ever was.

Tua was better at landing shots than Rudock who became one handed and didn`t throw enough punches.

Tyson easily. Tua was very easy to hit and this was a very bad omen for every Tyson opponent.

Really? Cause he couldn't beat Rachman without cheating, and Rachman was a poor man's Bruno.
