I am no Tyson fan, but Tyson would have absolutely destroyed Tua. Tyson by KO in 5,6, or 7. Tyson was way too fast for Tua and threw great combinations with lots of power. Tua had the worst style possible for beating Tyson, a guy that comes straight ahead and brawls. Tua would take a severe beating due to his very good chin. Tyson in one-sided destruction.

 So I gather you dont think MIKE would be getting hit and hurt during this fight ???? last time I checked MIKE wasnt nearly as hard to hit as people claim here ! If my memory is correct he had a habit of getting KOed when in tough fights ! This isnt a good fight for MIKE ! :bbb

Were talking about Tyson in his prime, not the washed up fighter of the last 12 years. In his prime, Tyson was extremely hard to hit, great head movement, hands up high, and jabbing his way in. He also had a tremendous chin. Does your memory have Tyson getting KO'd in his prime? Of course not and that is what this whole discussion is about. Tua would have been outlanded 3 or 4 to 1.

Mike's prime was 86-89. I will even go as far as saying that Mike was physically in his prime at the time of the Douglas fight, but after that, he never fought in his prime againg physically or mentally. Tua was an average heavyweight who never won a title and Tyson was great and undisputed champ. Tyson was a superior athlete.

 TUA was never beat while in his prime 220 pound either then ! And the average heavyweight you talk about starched RUIZ in 17 seconds and MOORER in 30 second and both MASK and ROCK late and the last time I checked those guys had wins against fighters who had beat both HOLY and LL ! MIKE beat who again ? MIKE would stand in front of TUA and lose the shootout my friend ! Strangly enough I favour TUA over MIKE the same way I favour LL over VLAD ! INTANGABLES !:deal

Tyson by decision. Faster hands, equal power better teqnical skills. He may even have a chance at a late stoppage.

Tyson via absolute demolition inside of six rounds.

Tyson would've fought Tua ASAP if the latter was around in the mid/late 80s, it'd be a great display of just how phenomenal he was.

 So now MIKE is unhittable and uncatchable ? MIKE certainly did have what the said fighters wanted ! That being a bunch of bums to KO and a management team to to put them on highlight reals and get a pile of air time for them ! And successfully convincing clowns like you that he was unbeatable dispite the fact that he in fact GOT BEAT by not so great competition ! Koed at that !:yep TUA would win the shoutout with a combination of BALLS and CHIN when MIKY caved ! :deal
