Yes Tua did hit Lewis with a power shot from memory it didnt land flush but was at the very end of round 2 it caught Lewis and had him stumbling back into the ropes the ref jumped in between them as Tua moved in as the bell for the end of the round rang. From that moment on Lewis jabbed and ran!

Tua could easily beat Wlad, Wlad only chance is to stay WAY outside and use his height and reach to jab and 1-2 Tua from the outside as Montana found out you dont want to stand in front and trade. With Tua's weight comming down and looking like he's slipping punches alot better whos to say he doesnt slip a lazy jab of right hand by klit late on the fight and land a big shot to end the fight? thing is with Tua at any moment from the 1st through to the last round of a fight hes dangerous ask Maskaev and Izon both guys who were winning fights against him before being bombed out late!

Im a Tua fan yes, but im also a realist, I'd be nervous about Tua fighting Wlad in his next 2/3 fights, but also semi comfortable knowing no matter what he still has the punch and intimidation over klit

tua should go after maskaev or the other champs, not klitschko. klitschko would probably win by ud, but COULD (t)ko him - savon won by tko and if wlad really goes for it he can get him in big trouble. the first left hook maskaev catches - he will lay down like it's four in the morning.

    Wlad is so overrated.
Because he's big, can jab, and has a decent punch for a HW.

Uh...several actually, including two flush hooks in a row in the 6th. Dig around for barneyrub's video on Youtube, half-jokingly called "Lewis - Iron Chin" or something like that.

Anyway, Wlad UD12 all the way for me on this. Tua needs to show more than he has done...hoopula over a KO1 is all well and good, but it was only one fight ago he was struggling.

Wladimir has the perfect trainer and style to replicate what Lewis did, and would most definitely not be the kind of fighter, like Montana, that has to rely on brawling.

Wlad by a wide ud. Tua has struggled with some really bad opponents. Wlad would have to watch the left hook and jab straight right to a ud.

People are getting a little to worked up about Tua right now there is a big difference in opposition he is facing more or less club fighters, wait till he steps up in opposition then it will be easy to judge.

Tua has a punchers chance against Wlad but I think he would be battered into a TKO loss if they fought...and please don't go on about Klits chin as does it really matter if you are fighting a guy like Tua who hits like a mule and knocks out anyone if he lands flush which a fighter and his team like Klitschko and Steward are aware of.

Exactly, this will look much like the Lewis fight except Wlad holds Tua and locks him up when he is about to get inside.
Wlad can probably KO a fat out of shape Tua, but not this Tua.
I do think though, that Tua will taste one or two good right hands and start rolling on the outside like he did against LL... which is a shame, I'm questioning Tua's heart.. specially in the performance against LL, HE GAVE UP :-(
