The McCline / Arreola weigh in pics made me realize that so many HW "contenders" are grossly out of shape these days! There's so much nutritional & training potential out there, but the DEDICATION and COMMITMENT required simply isn't there.

Medically speaking, Chris Arreola would be defined as Obese, and yet here he is fighting at 250+ lbs and it's not in the WWE!!

My challenge, put together a list of the "Top" HW fighters! (as in, spilling Over the Top of their Trunks!). Anything from slightly flabby to downright tubby is acceptable!

    - Arreola
    - Povetkin
    - Chambers
    - McCline
    - Peter
    - Solis
    ............. :deal

Give Povetkin some time (and a few McDonald's coupons), he's definitely heading into Flabbytown! (He's pretty small to be carrying around 230lbs). It's sad when you look at guys from yesteryear -- Ali, Norton, Foreman, Lyle, Holmes -- these guys came to fight in shape!

    Toney is a must!:thumbsup

You could add David Tua but the ***** is samoan so you would expect the man to have a weight problem.
He ain't considered a ''prizefighter'' anymore anyway.

Quite the opposite, the thread starter said top Heavyweights, not top-heavy Heavyweights(a category Toney would fit into) who are out of shape.

Good stuff guys, bottom line is the HW division is in trouble and its because most fighters simply dont train hard enough and daont care enough to get into shape.

Who's fat? I think just about every heavyweight not named Klitschko, Haye and oddly enough...Holyfield (and that dude is damned near 50!)

It's really disappointing seeing that fighters don't care enough to be at their best anymore.

Saul Mamby fought at 60-61 years old, went ten hard rounds, in much better shame than Arreola and McCline, which is sumo match.

Toney belongs on that list, but word on the street is that he's on his way down to 215lbs these days!
