Tucking chin

    I found this video on youtube and he says there are two ways of tucking your chin

    he says lean to one side and what do yous think of this

    aftre experimenting it felt really awkward :)

    Leaning isn't the same as tucking the chin. Keeping the head off center is an old school stance a lot of trainers prefer, but the chin should always be behind the shoulder.

    It reminded me off the old school black burn crouch for some reason :) ill try it in sparring. seems to make the right hand seem easier to see

    Better use a tennis ball places between your chin and left shoulder (for right handed) when shadow boxing.
