I guess nothing happened but Tim Credaur or whatever his name is has absolutley ZERO takedown defense but a great chin.
Jesse Taylor, who won the first semifinal fight, was going to fight Amir Sadollah. Him and a couple of the other fighters decided to stick around Las Vegas a few extra days before going home. They rented a limo and when they pulled into the parking lot of their hotel, Taylor kicked out a passenger window. Then, he rambled (he was drunk, per usual) into the hotel bar, started harrassing some women and security confronted him. He got wound up and pulled out the, "Do you know who I am? I'm a UFC fighter!" card. Dana White was contacted, he got the security tapes, and kicked Taylor out of the finale. Credeur and Dollaway, the two Semi losers, were brought in to fight for the second spot and went to town on each other.
White did the right thing, in my opinion. I appreciate the fact that he doesn't want douchebags in his company and is trying to keep it respectable. The fight was great too!
Jesse ****ed himself, but it sounds like Dana will take him back after a little awhile...(he told Jesse to call him in a few months). How about that Amir guy.....great chin, ton of heart. Wasn't that the 3rd fight in a row that he absorbed punishment and somehow managed to come from behind. He needs to work on his take down defense.
It was the right thing... fighters have been kicked off for worse things. Also, it doesn't hurt that not watching Taylor lay and pray for 15 minutes would do wonders for the ratings. Amir and Dollaway will tangle up.
Thanks Rattler, I came home and saw the CB/Tim fight was on so I figured something happened to JT, but wasn't sure what. I also missed the CB/Amir fight, Amir obviously beat CB huh? No kidding I like this Amir cat he does seem to just simply find a way to win doesn't he.
