boxing social latest interview with tunde....the way he JUSTIFYS every comment or opinion made m yarde,he is clearly using YARDES following for his own financial gain in his petty boxing bullcrap system 99
He does make some fairly grandiose statements about his "boxing system" which will apparently revolutionise boxing training.
Some boxing commentators have said that part of the reason for Yarde’s pitifully low level of competition, is because Tunde is too financially dependent on Yarde being successful for his own career. We will see if Yarde ever steps up. So far he isn’t even being allowed to face domestic rivals such as Hosea Burton, Callum Johnson or Frank Buglioni. There are careers out there that stay at the level Yarde is at right now but surely other people in leadership positions in the sport, will be piling the pressure on him to step up (atleast to prove where he is domestically)
Yarde fighting poor opposition means Tunde makes less money,so I think it’s just he is ultra cautious.
Yarde gets a lot of hate because he skipped fighting for the british title stating he was above that level and instead of fighting for the European title he's been fighting euro bums who are much worse than the likes of buglioni and burton, then gets given a world title shot and declines we've lost interest now
he never really did before all the **** his team have said. I remember seeing him on the Davis/Walsh undercard, and he got barely any reception
I cant help but feel Tunde and Yarde will one day fall out in the way Chamberlain and his uncle did... roughly around the time of his first loss!
Tunde as a trainer is good. Put the criticisms of the opponents to one side a minute, he is building a very powerful fighter, who fights with a very good technic and solid fundamentals. Yarde is also entertaining to watch even though he is not a brawler. Tunde the manager, I'm not so sure on. He's never had a talent like Yarde actually stick with him. This as well as anthony's inexperience, is a part of the reasons why he's so cautious with him. He's finally got his hands on a fighter with the ability to do something big and he doesnt want to make any mistakes with him. Problem is boxing people, rightly or wrongly on the forums etc are getting slightly bored of waiting. We all see the potential, but a step up is needed and the next opponent needs to reflect that. BT will no doubt start putting the heat on Frank to move this kid forward. He's selling zero tickets despite being quite well known and having the attributes so Frank himself may have to put it on Tunde abit.
