    It's possible in a few years. If Inoue can put on some muscle he's still at a frame disadvantage but close enough. If he wants in the GOAT discussion he needs to do crazy things. Many boxers have before.

    Inoue is 3 divisions below Davis and he's already moved up multiple divisions.

    Inoue is too small.

    Inoue doesn't have a Manny frame to allow him to move up that high. Manny started his career literally malnourished to what he should have weighed had he grown up in a developed country, and he was already a welterweight champ at Inoue's current age.
