Fury AJ still has some merit. AJ Wilder isn't something I'd pay to watch at this point. Wilder's absolutely finished.
That ends with AJ face down, ass up. Probably pretty quickly. the only puncher I think he’d risk at this point would be Wilder, because of how bad Wilder has looked recently.
It will likely be $20 Your posting on the message board of a boxing website FFS Your going to crack & watch it & you know it!
Maybe Wilder lost his drive after enjoying his millions. And good for him and his large family. But he doesn’t belong in a ring anymore. It’s borderline abuse to allow it to happen. The man can’t throw his signature right hand punch anymore, so he’ll just get his face kicked in…again. I’m not even sure he gets through Harper!
Say what you will, but I STILL want to see Joshua-Wilder. Sure it should have happened years ago, but let's be honest: we will all watch it.
Wilder in his last 4 fights has fought 30 rounds and won about 3 rounds including not winning a single round in his last 2 fights vs Parker, Zhang. I have 0 interest in this fight now.
And AJ got Bolivianized vs GGG. Pointless but would be an exciting fight while it lasted. Not PPV by itself. Could be a good one on the Canelo-Crawdad undercard.
For me it isn't because Wilder is reluctant to throw his right hand now so if he hasn't got the danger of his power anymore then what's the point of watching him fight ? In 17 rounds vs Parker, Zhang, he didn't throw a right hand in anger and looked overly cautious.
Fury just wants money, its one of his famous old ploys when he says he's 'retiring'. Its pretty much his last payday and wants to make the most out of his last payday after getting his legacy hurt. AJ V Wilder is a mismatch ATM, even if Wilder knocks out Harper with the first punch he throws. Wilder is all the way finished at this level sadly. To be honest, Bakole V Ajagba isn't a terrible fight - although Ajagba isn't great, AJ V Bakole would be a much better fight.
