As you're still only 15 years old, you won't be fighting for 3mins in a few years. Get as much amateur experience as you can. If you turn pro there's no way back. Right now I have over 50 fights myself, but I'm staying amateur for the 2012 Olympics, and then maybe turn pro afterwards. By that time I guess I have about 100 fights. And as already stated you should get some experience against seniors. You're only 15 and have a long time in front of you. Learn as much as you can.
Sorry, but I'm not interesed in telling what my record is. Early on it was basically lost, won, lost, won, etc. But I got motivation through my development. Even if I won or lost, I always got better and learned new things. The last two years it's been mostly wins. I've tasted some on international mathces this year, and it's been going very good. :good
