Rob "Arab" Parzęczewski was at one point near the forefront of Polish boxing prospects, compiling a list of victories over some relatively high-value journeymen (including Patrick Mendy and Czech tough cookie Tomáš "Jumbo" Adámek) with the feather in his cap being an upset over Dmitrii Chudinov in October of 2019. That momentum was derailed eleven months later when he was stopped in 2 by Sher Xusanov. It's been a steady diet of baby food ever since. Gashi may not be much but he's a huge step up from Parzęczewski's last five opponents.

The ethnic Albanian Kosovar-German's biggest claim to fame internationally (he's a popular small-pond big-fry among Albanians as both a fighter and promoter) is actually fight that didn't end up happening. He was scheduled to be Martin Murray's tuneup before the Brit's eventual swansong clash with BJS later that year, but it was scrapped due to the pandemic. He has one stoppage defeat, like Parzęczewski, his coming against Belarusian veteran Sergey Gulyakevich in June of last year.

6′2½″ domestic prospect Igor "Goku" Pryga just outslugged Georgian enhancement talent Otar Chakhvashvili to a competitive but clear UD in a light welterweight 6-round show opener.

Huge mismatch, this. If you can't tell who is who (understandable, as both men's trunks simply read the name of the sponsor, Tymex) - Brach in the white trunks is the one kicking the ass of Melnyk, wearing black. You can see their pics on BoxRec for comparison.

    UD for Brach.

Trash undercard, tbh. Usually they're pretty bad in Poland, but...woof.

Kuździeń walks out to Enter Sandman by Metallica, to a big reception from the local crowd. He also towers over his opponent, another Georgian professional loser.

    Alright, kid, you'd better deliver.

Entering the final round, and Kuździeń just keeps spamming a croupier stick right hand lead, over and over, doubling it up sometimes, and often pairing it with a long lunging left hook from outside. Bigvava just shelling up while moving in reverse, countering up top with an undefended 1-2, and occasionally jumping in with a hook and forcing Kuździeń to resort to sloppy inside uppercuts splashing against Bigvava's sides and elbows.

Been seven rounds of this. We never left first gear. :shakehead:

UD for Kuździeń, who, like all the winners today, gets a weird little black & gold chalice shaped trophy. For thrashing no-marks from the Republic of Georgia. For some reason.

Dual nationality (Spain & Venezuela) southpaw Melbyn "La Cobra" Hernández began his career 7-0-1 with 6 kayos, but the moment he ventured beyond the borders of either home country he began a 0-7-1 slump, now victoryless in over two years.

Matinee idol looking Gabidlo (born in Greece but of Polish extraction and now based in Gliwice) looks to avoid falling down the same bottomless pit as his own undefeated streak was ended by Karol Welter this past April in a bid for the vacant Republic of Poland middleweight title. He's clearly not as much of a power puncher (or at least can crusher) as Hernández; his record before losing was 9-0 (1).

Awful lot of touching gloves and hugging for us being just a few rounds into a boring, ugly fight. :eyebrow2:

Like, okay, apologize for the accidental foul and let's keep it pushin' already...
