anybody work out in the morning and night? If so, what does your rest schedule look like? I go strong for three days and rest on the forth day before starting again with three days.
Yea, I run 3-5 miles and do an abb routine at 5 in the morrning. Then when im home from work I do 10 x 3 min heavy bag, Bench press and arm work out, abb work out, shadow work, press ups. I do monday till friday and rest weekends
