There a quality glove IMO good if you have smaller hands as there quite a tight fight width ways

Hmmm I prefer Fairtex over the Twins stuff.
Couple of people I know have recently got Kings gloves, they say they are pretty good.

Maybe I can help, I have been doing kickboxing / Muay Thai for over 4 years now and have been to Thailand for 9 months therefore managing to train / own most of the majour brands:

    Kings, Twins, Fairtex

Kings - VERY small fit, but awesome for hard shots, you really feel the punches through the gloves. Out of the three I use these, however the padding is pretty slim, so I tend to find my hands get hurt a bit more than with the other two.

Twins - I have two majour problems with Twins, firstly the thumbs are too wide, more than a few times I have stumped my thumbs and been in agony. Twins gloves are made esspecially for Muay Thai clinching, so not very good for boxing because they allow you to easily open your hands.

Fairtex - Too loose in my opinion, unless you have big hands, they seem to slide around too much even with hand wraps on... It is very, very simular to the twins I guess because you have to clamp your hands to use them.

    I would say:
    Kings
    Fairtex
    Twins

Although for boxing why not choose some specialist boxing gloves?

By the way, Kings are actually made by Twins ;) And seeing as the Kings gloves were made after the Twins Special gloves you would presume they'd be 'more up to date' haven taken all the complaints / suggestions into accounts.

The Kings gloves were apparently designed originally with Anuwat Kaesamrit in mind and Anuwat's nickname is 'The Hands of Stone' because he is a very good boxer with plenty of knockouts to his name. So perhaps that is why I have noticed the benefits and prefer them with my boxing :)

    Sorry about getting off topic.

    Jesus, you got about eh?
    What was your best gym?

I was in Pattaya fairtex earlier in the year, great gym, found the training suited each person.

I think i'm going to go to Tiger Gym early next year.

Didn't like TMT or Puket for that matter :p

I liked Chiang Mai best, steer clear of lanna and head to Chay Yai or True Bee (Pai) :)
