This might be a tough question, but I wanted to give it a go. Can anyone tell me two very good/great fighters from any era, that were very similar stylistically except one was an orthodox fighter and the other was a southpaw? I would be very appreciative for any input.

Chatchai Sasakul and Daorung Chuvatana were brought up in a recent thread where the comparison was made by the threadstarter and agreed upon by me. Granted, there were some stylistic differences in the way they approached their work (Sasakul more of a pure boxer, Chuvatana more of an educated pressure fighter), but their guards, defensive skill-set, punching technique, economy to their attack, etc. were very similar.

Yeah Sasakul and Chuvatana is a good one.

Maybe Minter and Kingpetch?.ONly really when Minter is in composed boxing mode though(2nd Finnegan, hamsho, Tonna fights, Antuofermo 2)he tended to be a lot wilder and more aggressive.
