It seems that southpaws these days only have a big left hand, and not much else. So, are there any southpaws who are great with either hand?

You have it backwards bud. Most southpaws are converted and only have a jab/ right hook. Guerrero, Ortiz, Alexander, andy lee....and all the rest
Hagler's left hand, or his straight left hand, was kind of underdeveloped/underused for such a well-rounded and versatile fighter. His right hook and left uppercuts were better punches.
